Our 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, we at S4S Commerce GmbH are pleased to offer our voluntary return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to decide if you wish to keep your items. Within this period, you can return your purchase to us, no questions asked.
How to Make a Return
We've made the return process simple for everyone. Please use our online returns portal to create your DHL label.
🇩🇪 Returns from within Germany:
Returns are free of charge. You can generate a prepaid DHL label directly in the portal.
🇪🇺 International Returns:
You can also use the portal to generate a secure DHL label. Please note that for international returns, the shipping costs will be borne by you.

Prompt Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund promptly, and at the latest within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Important Notice: Our voluntary 30-day return policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights. Your legal right of withdrawal and any warranty claims remain unaffected and continue to apply without restriction.
