Our 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, S4S Commerce GmbH offers you a voluntary 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to decide if you wish to keep your items. Within this period, you can return your purchase to us easily.
How to Make a Return
We've made the return process as simple as possible. Please use our online returns portal to start your return and create your return label.
🇩🇪 Returns from within Germany:
Returns are free of charge. You can generate a prepaid DHL label directly in the portal.
🌍 Returns from outside Germany:
You can also use the portal to create a DHL return label. Please note that for international returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs.

Prompt Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund promptly, no later than 14 days after receipt of the return. The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Important Notice: Our voluntary 30-day return policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights. Your legal right of withdrawal and any statutory warranty rights remain unaffected and continue to apply without restriction.
