For orders delivered within Germany, the DHL return label is free of charge when the parcel is dropped off in Germany.
For orders delivered outside Germany, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. This also applies if you later drop off the parcel in Germany.

Where do I drop off the parcel?
For orders delivered within Germany, drop off the parcel with the DHL return label at DHL, Deutsche Post, or a DHL Packstation. For orders delivered outside Germany, please follow the drop-off instructions shown in the DHL portal.
What needs to be inside the parcel?
Please place the completed returns form inside the parcel. Pack the item carefully so it is protected on its way back. Attach the DHL return label clearly to the outside of the parcel.
Can I send the parcel without a DHL return label or freight collect?
No. For fast and secure processing, please use our surf4shoes returns portal and the DHL return label created there. Freight collect parcels may cause additional costs and delay the processing of your return.
When will I receive my refund?
After your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been inspected, we will issue the refund without unnecessary delay to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days until the credit is visible. If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, the statutory refund deadlines apply.
