Important: Who are the welcome benefits for?
If you have already ordered from surf4shoes, even as a guest without a customer account, the welcome benefits are no longer valid. Signing up after an order has already been placed does not make either code valid. The 5% and 10% offers cannot be combined.
Why your code is sent by email
Your personal welcome code is sent by email after you confirm your newsletter subscription and is not publicly displayed on the website. This applies to both the 10% code with a customer account and the 5% voucher without an account.

You can also shop with surf4shoes without subscribing to the newsletter. Sign-up is voluntary and you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails. Without a customer account, a confirmed footer newsletter subscription gives you 5%; with a customer account and a selected and confirmed newsletter subscription, you receive 10%.

Do I have to select the newsletter option for the 10% code?
Yes. The 10% welcome code is only sent if you select the newsletter option while creating your account and confirm your sign-up. If you prefer not to create a customer account, you can instead subscribe to the newsletter in the footer and receive a 5% voucher after confirming your subscription.
Can I subscribe to the newsletter without a customer account?
Yes. Enter your email address in the newsletter form in the footer and confirm your subscription. As a new customer, you will then receive a personal 5% voucher for your first purchase.
Can I combine the 5% voucher with the 10% code?
No. The two welcome offers are alternatives: 5% for subscribing to the newsletter without a customer account, or 10% when creating an account with a selected and confirmed newsletter subscription. Only one welcome code can be used on the first order.
Who can use the welcome offers?
The 10% code with a customer account and the 5% newsletter voucher without an account are only valid for new customers who have not yet placed an order with surf4shoes. Both offers are intended exclusively for the first order and cannot be combined.
I have already ordered as a guest. Can I still use the code?
No. If you have already placed an order as a guest before registering, the welcome code is no longer valid. The code also cannot be applied retroactively to an order that has already been placed.
Is the discount code shown directly on the website?
No. The code is not publicly displayed. Your personal code is sent to you by email only after you select and confirm the newsletter sign-up.
Can I unsubscribe later?
Yes. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails. The welcome code is only sent after the newsletter sign-up has been selected and confirmed.
