Do I have to select the newsletter option?
Yes. The 10% welcome code is only sent if you select the newsletter option while creating your account and confirm your sign-up. If you do not select the option, you will not receive a discount code by email.
Who can use the 10% welcome code?
The code is only valid for new customers who have not yet placed an order with surf4shoes. It is intended for the first order.
I have already ordered as a guest. Can I still use the code?
No. If you have already placed an order as a guest before registering, the welcome code is no longer valid. The code also cannot be applied retroactively to an order that has already been placed.
Is the discount code shown directly on the website?
No. The code is not publicly displayed. Your personal code is sent to you by email only after you select and confirm the newsletter sign-up.
